In the only 9 exclusive apartments, extravagant color combinations and iconic black and white images dominate, plus the petrol blue kitchen, which is one of the apartment’s eye-catchers. The views from the window of the Frankfurt skyline or the beautiful Freßgass are unique.

OUVA STYLE
The COUVA creates a symbiosis between modern design, classic architecture and functionality. First and foremost, we want our guests to feel at home in the COUVA. Comfortable beds, bathrooms with rain showers, fluffy towels are also part of the equipment, as are fully equipped kitchenettes with dishwashers, ceramic hobs, microwaves and Nespresso coffee machines.
The wall colors, wallpaper and solid wood parquet harmonize with the modern furniture and the flair of this beautiful old building. The historic staircase meets a brand new, state-of-the-art elevator that silently takes our guests to the door of their apartment. The COUVA offers a cozy nest in the middle of the vibrant life in the center of Frankfurt.

Floor plan
There are only 2 apartments on each floor of the COUVA. This guarantees our guests maximum privacy. Each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob with 2 plates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, plates, glasses, pots, pans etc. All apartments have a box spring double bed, a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with 2 chairs, a secretary and a spacious wardrobe. The bathrooms have a large shower cubicle with rain shower, towel radiator, and a vanity with drawers, in which all toiletries can be accommodated in the best possible way. The apartments on the upper floors have air conditioning. The rental price is between € 1,890.00 and € 2,190.00 per month including additional costs and free WiFi. Rental price for our penthouse on request.
